Purdue-backed concrete sensor firm wins $500K federal grant

Wavelogix, a Purdue-backed startup, received a $500K federal grant to develop IoT sensors that monitor concrete strength in real-time. The funding will help scale the technology as the company prepares for increased demand from the upcoming federal highway bill.

Wavelogix will use the funding to refine and scale its IoT concrete strength sensors ahead of the pending highway bill.
