Procore Acquires Reality Capture Platform DroneDeploy for $845M

Procore has acquired DroneDeploy, a reality capture platform, for $845 million to integrate drone data collection directly into its construction management software. The acquisition gives Procore's users streamlined access to aerial project documentation and site data without switching between separate tools.

The move brings the reality capture provider's extensive project data gathering capabilities directly into Procore's construction management platform.
