Penzance to invest $4B for West Virginia data center build

Penzance is investing $4 billion to build a 1.9 million square-foot data center campus in Berkeley County, West Virginia, about an hour northwest of the state's Data Center Alley region. The facility will deliver 600 megawatts of power output once completed.

Once complete, the Berkeley County campus, about an hour northwest of Virginia’s Data Center Alley, will total about 1.9 million square feet and deliver 600 megawatts of power output.
